Cinnamon Cake Recipe made easy and delicious
How to make it:
Preheat your oven at 180ºC/350ºF and grease a round cake pan or use parchment paper
Start by making the cake topping: In a bowl combine the flour, butter, light brown sugar and cinnamon.
Use your finger or a fork and mix the ingredients until you have large crumbs. Set aside.
To make the batter: In another bowl, mix, using an electric mixer, the sugar, the egg and the melted butter.
Add the vanilla extract and the milk. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
Sift the flour, the salt and the baking powder. Add these dry ingredients and mix well until your batter is creamy and yellow.
Pour the batter into the cake pan, and then sprinkle the topping evenly on top. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean.
Let it cool outside before removing it from the pan.
